CSR Human Resources Training
Promoting individual growth
Aisin AW encourages each employee to set high personal goals independently and improve their abilities through their work. As activities to support these efforts, the company actively provides career-based education programs and workplace education for everyone from new employees to management.
Communication is the basis of human resource development
We believe that the basis of human resource development is mutual trust between managers and their subordinates, and that proper communication is the foundation for building trustworthy relationships. For that purpose, we have moved positively and incorporated communication theory and practice at career-based education and workplace education.
Training and education for young workers
In order to train and develop the minds, bodies, knowledge, and skills of our young workers, who are the future of our company, we have employees spend a year at the AISIN AW Advanced Skill Training Academy to receive practical, hands-on instruction. Since 1979, more than 2,000 employees have completed this program.
Some of the young technicians who received training at the Academy have competed in the National Skill Olympic for the best award. At the competition held in November 2018, our employees won the Silver Medal in the mechanical engineering category, the Bronze Medal and Fighting Spirit Award in the milling category, and the Fighting Spirit Award in both the lathing category and mechatronics category.
Furthermore, at the National Skill Grand Prix held in February 2019, our employees have made an excellent progress earning the Gold Medal in the milling category and the Bronze Medal in the lathing category.
